At Raw Sugar, we want you to love your clean beauty routine, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be in their original packaging and lightly used or unopened to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original shipping box.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all old shipping labels are covered or removed to avoid delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
